About the role
Rentesy works because the data on screen matches what is actually happening in the building. You will be the person who makes that true on the ground.
You will visit properties across Hyderabad for onboarding, inspections, tenant setup and move-outs, and turn each visit into clean records the manager can rely on.
What you'll do
- Visit properties across Hyderabad for onboarding, routine inspections and move-out checks.
- Document unit condition with photos and notes; flag safety, occupancy and maintenance issues.
- Help tenants complete KYC and set up their portal on the spot.
- Coordinate with maintenance vendors and verify that work was actually completed.
- Keep every visit recorded in the app the same day.
What you bring
- Based in Hyderabad with a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Comfortable travelling across the city daily.
- Clear spoken regional language; working English.
- Punctual, thorough and discreet with tenant information.
- Confident using a smartphone for photos, forms and navigation.
Nice to have
- Experience in property management, real estate or field operations.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or civil issues.
- Knows Hyderabad neighbourhoods well.
