  • Yes. Rentesy works for a single flat as well as a large portfolio, and pricing scales with the number of units you manage. The Starter plan covers 1–20 units.

  • Yes. Rent can be settled into an Indian bank account, including an NRO account. Your tenant pays by UPI or bank transfer as usual.

  • No. Rentesy records rent, expenses and deposits as they happen and exports a financial-year summary. Many landlords share that summary with their CA at filing time.
