Design
UI/UX Designer
Own the flows property managers and tenants use every day — from onboarding to the rent payment confirmation.
About the role
Property management runs on details: who paid, what broke, which lease renews next month. Most tools make that detail harder to see. You will design the screens that make it obvious.
You will work across two products — the manager portal and the tenant portal — and own the full loop from a rough problem to a shipped flow. Our engineers build close to the design, so you will see your work in production quickly.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end flows across the manager and tenant portals: research, flows, high-fidelity screens, edge states and handoff.
- Turn messy operational problems — rent defaults, deposits, maintenance, move-outs — into interfaces that feel calm.
- Extend our design tokens and component library across desktop and mobile widths.
- Pair with engineers during implementation and review builds before they ship.
- Talk to property managers and tenants every month, and bring what you learn back to the team.
What you bring
- 2+ years designing shipped web products, ideally SaaS.
- Strong interaction design and visual craft: typography, spacing, hierarchy, accessibility.
- Fluent in Figma and comfortable maintaining a design system.
- Can explain a decision with evidence, not just taste.
- Clear written communication — you will write rationale, not only screens.
Nice to have
- B2B SaaS, fintech or proptech experience.
- Motion or prototyping skills.
- Enough front-end literacy to read React and Tailwind.
